Join International Yoga and Bali Institute on a trip of a lifetime to explore the beauty and rich culture of Bali. Delve deeper into your yoga in one of the most gorgeous settings in the world.

Your daily yoga practices will take place overlooking gorgeous and serene terraced, green rice paddies. Accommodation is in a lovely Balinese style hotel. Enjoy spa treatments, gourmet cuisine and great company for an unparalleled exploration into the heart of Bali.

The Bali Institute, Ubud’s premiere cultural organization, will guide you on exclusive immersion experiences to some of Bali’s most colorful markets and sacred local temples. You will observe ancient spiritual practices and meet community leaders and dignitaries to develop a better understanding of this unique culture.

Bali Institute for Global Renewal (BIGR) has been working closely with International Yoga for more than five years. This special partnership creates a unique opportunity to expand a typical yoga retreat into a culturally-transformative experience. Participants are introduced to the indescribable beauty and amazing manifestations of ancient wisdom woven into daily rituals and ceremonies. We’ll begin one day by exploring a traditional early-morning market and then move on to one of the oldest temple sites in Bali to meditate and share breakfast with the gods. Another day will bring us to one of the oldest palaces in Bali, to have a personal tour and tea with an extraordinary young prince who is helping to shape the future of Bali. Optional side trips include meeting the master healer of Bali, evening Balinese dances, and other memorable experiences.
